Fees may be approached in one of the following ways:

Out-of-pocket: $200 per 50-55 minute therapy session; $250 per initial intake session. A sliding scale may be available upon request.

In-network provider: You are responsible for just the copay and/or coinsurance at the time of service. I contract with a billing service (i.e. Sunrise Medical Billing) to send an invoice directly to your insurance company for reimbursement.

Currently, I am an in-network provider with PacificSource in the state of Oregon. I am out-of-network/out-of-pocket for the states of Washington and New York.

Superbill: If you have out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide you with a superbill (i.e. an itemized receipt) that you may submit to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. I can provide superbills for insurance companies with whom I am not currently in-network. Full rate of the therapy session is due at the time of the service.

I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation, during which we can discuss what you hope to gain in therapy or testing, and whether I will be a good fit for your needs.  This is an opportunity for us to mutually decide whether we will begin work together.
