Therapy: $250 per initial intake appointment; $200 per session after intake

Psychological testing: $250 per initial intake appointment; $200 per hour after intake (includes test administration, scoring, interpretation, report writing, consultation with other providers, feedback session, and follow-up appointments)

Immigration evaluation: $1,100 flat fee for Extreme Hardship, U-Visa, VAWA, and Political Asylum; $500 flat fee for N-648

I offer a complimentary 20-minute initial consultation, during which we can discuss what you hope to gain in therapy or testing, and whether I will be a good fit for your needs.  This is an opportunity for us to mutually decide whether we will begin work together.

The agreed-upon fees, including co-pays, coinsurance, or deductibles, are due at the time of your appointment. A sliding scale fee may be available to individuals experiencing financial difficulty. Please note: all sliding scale spots are currently full.

I currently accept the following forms of insurance and payment:

• First Choice Health
• Moda Health
• PacificSource
• Out-of-network insurance
• Out-of-pocket payment (cash, check, or charge)

If I am out-of-network, payment in full for services is due at the time of your appointment. Upon request, I will provide you with an itemized receipt you may submit to your insurance provider.  Please contact your insurance company to ensure they cover out-of-network providers, to find out what your deductible and co-payments will be for services, and to better understand your mental health benefits.
